Description
The Champion Power Equipment 66526 2-Inch Gas Powered Chemical and Clear Water Transfer Pump is the perfect solution for agricultural chemical transfer applications and includes clear water fittings for emergency water transfer or flood recovery. For use with clear water, salt water, waste water, liquid fertilizer, herbicides, pesticides, mild acids or bases, this unit features a self-priming design that holds prime even when it’s not running (requires initial priming to operate). The pump housing, impeller and volute are constructed from fiberglass-reinforced polyester for enhanced chemical resistance. The inlet/outlet seals are made of extremely durable EPDM impervious to typical chemicals used on a farm. Powered by a 196cc Champion engine and designed with a low oil shut-off sensor, this unit has a 0.9-gallon fuel tank, a handy fuel gauge and a 0.6-quart oil capacity (recommended 10W-30). The included clear water fittings ensure you’re prepared for emergency water transfer or flood recovery. This portable transfer pump has a maximum delivery volume of 154 gallons per minute, with a total head of 98 feet and a suction head of 23 feet. The pump features 2-inch NPT threaded female inlet and outlet and include two 2-inch NPT threaded barbed fittings and a 90˚ 2-inch NPT fitting. The durable steel frame along with this unit’s compact design make it convenient to store your pump until the next time you need it. This chemical and clear water transfer pump is EPA certified and CARB exempt. we got about 8 inches of rain on the weekend.i had not tested it yet.water was 1 inch from the top of a flood dike i built i got the pump out it started first pull and started pumping withen 20 seconds.i ran 3 tanks of fuel about18 hours.without it my electric pumps would not keep up and i would have major damage.i bought a extra 50 foot hose and a heavier metal strainer.i think i will get a second pump for backup.
