I'm a typical Chinese with wide feet, US8 (EU 39 to 40, measured 255mm).I brought size 9 mens.Fitted tight without or with thin socks. Just to note, it's fairly tight, which is nice to feel the surface. Not those comfort tight that may 'slip' when you are on your edges.Hope it last and may soften up after more use.Was my first climbing shoe. Very comfy. If you plan on climbing a lot, i would invest in a better shoe. I bought another pr prob 2 months later. not the best grip. i think you can find better if u spend a few bucks more.I hate to complicate things for people, but I listened to the reviews and ordered a size up. Unfortunately, these fit me quite big, and ordering the size I originally was looking for would have been just fine. There's a bit of room in the heel that definitely shouldn't be there, and the straps are way too long for my feet. I am still able to make them work, but I have to make sure to tighten them incredibly tight to make sure my feet don't slip in them while I'm bouldering. Overall, great value for beginner shoes, but if you think your feet are maybe in between two sizes, don't go a size up like many will suggest.Very good rock climbing shoes.They usually last me about 6 months and they work amazing for their price. My only complaint is that they are not good for heel hooking or toe hooking.I usually wear 8/8.5s in regular Nike's but I bought these Black Diamond's in size 10 and they fit.I normally wear a US Mens 9-1/2. I tried getting a 9 1/2, 10-1/2 and 11 1/2 . I had to return the first and last ones. 10 1/2 was the only one that actually fit properly.Make sure to cut all of your nails before climbing.Shoes definitely run small, as with all climbing shoes. Only giving 5 stars because it was so easy to return, get refunded, and order a new size until we found the right size.definitely not recommend. size is way too small. my feet were actually stuck in the shoe. and you also have to pay for the return which is ridiculous.Great beginner climbing shoes. Nice and comfy but still very practical.
